The Warlassies celebrated their sole senior, May 2, before she stepped on the mound for the final regular season home game of her career. Her teammates responded with plenty of run support.

The Owen offense roared against the Rosman Tigers on Senior Night, as pitcher Addison Bartlett held the visiting lineup in check through a 17-2 victory.

The home team plated 6 runs in the bottom of the first inning, as Rosman responded by bringing a pair of runners across the plate in the second. Owen was ahead, 7-2, going into the third inning, when the offense erupted for 8 runs.

The Warlassies scored 2 more in the bottom of the fourth before holding the Tigers scoreless in the top of the fifth, enacting the 10-run rule, which ends a game when a team is leading by 10 or more runs after five innings.

Owen, which will travel Rosman for its regular season finale on Thursday, May 4, improved to 11-7 with the victory.
