Swannanoa Valley restaurants are adjusting their operations as dine-in service is shut down throughout N.C. Fred McCormick

In the hours before and after Governor Roy Cooper issued an order closing dine-in service for all restaurants and bars in N.C., Swannanoa Valley establishments were turning to carry-out and delivery services to continue serving patrons.

The unprecedented move, which has been adopted by a growing number of states around the country to deter the spread of COVID-19, will present a challenge to the dozens of locally owned and operated restaurants in Black Mountain and Swannanoa.

As the local service industry adapts to the growing need for social distancing, below is a comprehensive list of local restaurants that are offering alternatives to dine-in service.

Check the restaurants’ social media pages for additional updates on menu options and changes to hours of operation. If your business is not on this list or if you would like to update the information, contact The Valley Echo at info@thevalleyecho.com. Additional updates on hours of operations for other local businesses can be found on the Black Mountain Swannanoa Chamber of Commerce Facebook page.

This list will be updated as more information becomes available:
